Netflix has certainly been on a roll lately, releasing one hit after another. It includes the Sandra Bullock movie, Bird Box or the interactive Black Mirror Episode, Bandersnatch. If you’ve already caught up with those shows and are interesting in binge-watching something else, you might want to try You.
This series is already receiving great reviews from viewers and it seems as if it is going to be around for a second season.
On social media, fans are calling the show the ‘creepiest ever’. It may just be that element that keeps people watching.
You on Netflix…creepiest show I’ve seen in a long while.

Started watching You on Netflix last night and it’s the creepiest show I’ve watched in awhile. Pretty good so far, has a little bit of a Dexter vibe to it, but has me hooked 👀

The show “you” on Netflix is literally the best show and creepiest show all in one.

Season one of ‘You’ has already received a great rating on Rotten Tomatoes. It has even topped out other creepy shows, including Dexter. In addition to a high rating on Rotten Tomatoes, it has received an 8.1 on IMDb.
For those who haven’t seen it yet, it is about Joe Goldberg (played by Penn Badgley) who falls in love with an aspiring writer, Guinevere Beck (Elizabeth Lail). It isn’t long before he becomes obsessed with her, and stalks her online and in real life. It is rather creepy how he goes to such measures to be a part of her life.
The show is based on a book by Caroline Kepnes, also with the same name. If you would enjoy reading the book, you’ll also be happy to know that it includes a sequel, Hidden Bodies. Perhaps a second season is in order after all.
There was a cliffhanger at the end of the first season and a lot of questions have gone unanswered. Could this be the end? We certainly hope not!
